The property is located near the Lido area, approximately 300 meters from Copacabana Beach. The beachfront features a promenade, bike path, kiosks and an easy seaside walk toward neighboring Leme.
The surrounding streets offer a wide range of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, cafés and restaurants. RioSul Shopping Mall is approximately 800 meters away in a straight line and adds even more stores, services, restaurants and entertainment options.
The location is also convenient for visiting Urca, Sugarloaf Mountain, Botafogo and other neighborhoods throughout Rio's South Zone.
The location makes it easy to explore much of Copacabana on foot. Copacabana Beach is approximately 300 m away, while Cardeal Arcoverde metro station is around 470–500 m away, roughly a 6 to 7-minute walk.
The metro provides convenient connections to Botafogo, Flamengo, downtown Rio, Ipanema and Leblon. Buses, taxis, bicycles and ride-hailing services are also widely available.

The building does not provide guest parking. If arriving by car, we recommend checking paid parking options in the surrounding area in advance.
