1. Identification, Security and Access
1.1 A valid photo ID for all guests must be submitted before check-in.
1.2 Facial recognition (Face ID) will also be required for access authorization.
1.3 False, inconsistent, or missing documents will prevent check-in and may lead to immediate cancellation.
1.4 Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
1.5 Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed on the property.
1.6 Visitors are only allowed with prior document submission (at least 24 hours in advance), written authorization, and within the occupancy limit.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Standard times:
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
2.2 In-person check-ins after 10:00 PM may incur a R$100 fee, subject to availability.
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
2.4 Late departures may result in a proportional extra daily charge.
2.5 Lost keys, cards, or access controls will be charged to the guest.
3. Property Use
3.1 The property is for residential and short-term use only.
3.2 Subletting or transferring the reservation is prohibited.
3.3 Maximum occupancy must be respected.
3.4 Parties or events require prior authorization.
3.5 Any damage will be charged to the reservation holder after check-out.
4. Condominium and Neighborhood
4.1 All condominium rules must be strictly followed.
4.2 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
4.3 Fines issued by the condominium will be charged to the guest.
4.4 Do not leave trash in common areas.
4.5 Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the condominium.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
5.1 The property must be returned in good condition.
5.2 Excessive dirtiness may result in an extra cleaning fee.
5.3 Damages to furniture or appliances will be charged.
6. Provided Items
6.1 Basic items (bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils) are provided but not replenished during the stay.
6.2 Broken, damaged, or missing items will be charged.
6.3 Removing items from the property is prohibited.
7. Safety
7.1 Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
7.2 Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
7.3 Candles, incense, or any open flame are not allowed.
8. Services
8.1 Wi-Fi is complimentary and subject to signal variation.
8.2 We are not responsible for utility service failures (electricity, internet, water, etc.).
