The rooftop pool is part of the residence and is also shared — it is not exclusively reserved for guests staying in the room.
Two friendly dogs live in the apartment. We therefore recommend this accommodation only for guests who are comfortable around animals. Guests may not bring pets.
Important – access registration: For security reasons and in accordance with the building's rules, all guests must complete a pre-registration before check-in through a link sent after booking, providing an identification document and a photo of their face for building access authorization. Access is also subject to the condominium's regulations and, when requested, guests may be required to present an identification document at the front desk.

The remaining areas of the penthouse are shared with the owner, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and rooftop terrace with pool.
The condominium also offers leisure facilities including a swimming pool, gym, playground and sports court. Their use is subject to the building's rules and opening hours.
Building access requires prior registration of all guests. Delivery orders must be collected at the front desk, as delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.

The owner lives in the apartment and respects guests' privacy. However, as this is a shared stay, natural interaction may occur while using the kitchen, living room, bathroom and other common areas.
Your bedroom will remain your private space throughout the stay.
In addition to the resident host, our team will be available through the previously established communication channels to assist with check-in, access, questions or any support needed during your stay.

Rua Lopes Quintas offers quick access to Rua Jardim Botânico, one of the area's main roads, with several bus routes connecting to other parts of Rio's South Zone and downtown.
Taxis and ride-hailing services are especially convenient from the property. Jardim Botânico does not have its own metro station, so metro access generally requires a connection through a neighboring area.
Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and many attractions within Jardim Botânico can be reached on foot or by bicycle.
The accommodation does not advertise an exclusive parking space for guests. If arriving by car, we recommend checking parking options in the area in advance.
As a reference, Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 11–12 km away, RIOgaleão International Airport around 20 km, and Novo Rio Bus Station approximately 12 km away. Travel times can vary considerably depending on traffic.
